We officially launch FohBoh January 1, 2008 and are busy polishing the format, adding features and core functionality. Our goal is to be the interactive voice for the global restaurant industry...for the insider, not necessarily for the dining public. Having said this, we are getting a fair amount of "foodies" that want to take a peek behind the restaurant industry curtain. In 2008, we intend to start a video series on leadership, anatomy-of-a-restaurant-start up and winery owner/operators. It's a big industry and a big employer and we hope to give the 100 million+ insiders worldwide a powerful platform to voice their insights. Should be interesting. Hi, thanks for the nice review.
