		<description>I too thought that Twitter would crumble under the SXSW onslaught, and was just as surprised and delighted that it didn&#039;t. This is the way it should be. I don&#039;t wonder if my cell phone will be down every time I pick up up. Same with email or almost any other communications device. Twitter is young, though. And free. :-)

Now, people have talked about using Twitter during some sort of disaster scenario. Its certainly not tested to that capacity, but it&#039;s good to see they&#039;ve been able to handle SXSW and in general have seemed to make things much more stable recently.</description>
