According to the event page, this event is back by popular demand, and judging by the last events I was at there is not a more true statement. There was a ton of people at the last one and I am sure this one will be no different. Space is limited so make sure to get over and sign up soon to reserve your spot!
Many of us know the local community continues to grow and grow and this event is a great place to connect with others looking for jobs, cofounders, or employees to round out your growing company.
The event brings in members from around the DC creative, startup, social media and tech community for what some like to call an open mic night for hiring teams and entrepreneurs and others call speed dating for geeks. The open format is a fusion of startup job fair and networking event. Attendees include hiring teams representing top startup companies from around the DC area, job seekers, founders with entrepreneurial ideas looking for others to join them, and people interested in getting into the mix. This event will have seats available for the first 65 to arrive, after that it will be standing room only.
Each company that is presenting has a quick 2 minutes to talk about their company and any the type of jobs they have to fill. After that there is a general networking session for all to mingle and make those high power deals.
