On the heels of the very enlightening Mobile Monday “Electioneering in the Mobile Age“, we also want to announce the call to nominate any local DC mobile startups for the Mobile Peer Awards competition 2009 taking place in Barcelona Spain.

Local chapter organizers will look for the following to make their decision on who to pass forward
- originality, creativity and innovativeness
- technical and operational feasibility
- economic and financial viability
There will be 20 finalists selected to present on stage at the conference on Fedruary 16, 2009 in Barcelona with the opportunity to be named winner of the Peer Award.
Applicants must be submitted by December 31st, 2008 so if you want to join in, make sure to sign up soon.
