Yes it is apparently true .. Just kidding, but yes there is a quite robust technology world right on the doorstep of our little DC community. The I270 tech Corridor that starts in the Rockville/Bethesda area and stretches north toward Frederick s one of America’s largest and is sprinkled with industries ranging from human genetics to high tech computer companies and large defense contractors and everything in between.
As it has grown the Technology Corridor Community was born .
The Technology Corridor Community is a social networking organization dedicated to bringing together the professionals of America’s largest technology corridor area, the I-270 Technology Corridor. The community is open to all and dedicated to helping members of the area meet each other, network, and do business. We hold events monthly which are open to the public.
One way they organization gets everyone together are cocktail parties where the community can come together and network with old friends and new as well. They are having one this week and I wanted to pass along the details for anyone that had the opportunity to get out and meet a great group. Here are the details
